Q: How do I know which product is right for my vehicle?

A: Each product page on tpsgaragestore.com includes information of the vehicles compatible with the product. Please double-check the vehicle compatibility listed before making an order to ensure you receive the correct product for your vehicle. Verifying the product fitment prior to ordering is your responsibility, however, if you can't find the information or still not sure if the product is compatible for your vehicle, you can Contact Us with any questions so that we can help you. 

 

Q: How quickly will you ship my order?

A: We want your order to arrive as soon as possible, most products on tpsgaragestore.com are in-stock and ready to ship within 1 business day. We also have multiple warehouses across the World where we ship directly your order from the nearest warehouse or the manufacture that contains your items to make sure you get your order as soon as possible. Orders that contains out of stock products, might take 5-12 business days to get shipped out, it depends on the supplier's or the manufacture's stock. Read more about our shipping policy

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: Do you offer In-Store pickup service?

A: YES! At tpsgaragestore.com, we do offer in-store pickup service! You simply choose "Free In-Store Pickup" in your cart, then you can pick it up during our working hours from one of our stores.

 

Q: How do I know that my order is available and ready for pickup?

A: When you place your order online and choose "Free In-Store Pickup" we'll send you an email or call you when your part(s) is ready to pick up, we also will let you know from which store to collect your order.

 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Currently, we accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, TPS Garage Gift cards and TPS Garage Loyalty Rewards (Boost points). You also can place your order online and Pay In Store, you can choose the "Reserve Order & Pay in Store" as a payment option to reserve your online order and pay for it by Cash, Credit Card or Gift Card. Q: Why there is an additional fees called "Import Fee" that is added to my cart and/or to the checkout page?

A: Any Price of a product "Excluding Import Fee" is a listed price for shipping it worldwide except to some certain Countries. The price which is excluding any import fee, there will be no import fee charged by us while placing the order online, in this case the buyer is responsible to pay for any import charges, taxes, duties, and any other fees of his destination country upon delivery.

Any Price of a product "Including Import Fee" is a listed price for shipping the product including all fees and this service is available now for some certain Countries only. The total price is a net price where it is including all import fees and shipping fee to that certain Country. We will import the item (if required) from any Country and ship it to the buyer's destination and we are responsible to pay for any import charges, taxes, duties, and any other fees at his destination. The Buyer won't have to pay for any import charges upon delivery to his country.

As a good benefit to all buyers shipping to these certain Countries, they can see a total net price which is including shipping and import charges before purchasing any item and they can rest assure that they won't have to pay for any import charges upon delivery!

 

Q: Can I return an order I’ve received?

A: In many cases yes. Please read all about our Returns and Exchanges policy.

 

Q: Do TPS Garage products come with a warranty?

A: Most of TPS Garage-branded products sold on tpsgaragestore.com features a 3 to 12 Month Warranty and some products comes with up to 36 Month Warranty. You can read more about this here. Currently this program is not available if you purchased your products through other marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Rakuten (Buy.com) or Newegg, or for products not branded. However in some cases there may be a separate manufacturer warranty for some products.

 

Q: How can I be kept up-to-date on special sales and new product offerings?

A: Sign-up for email communications from TPS Garage by entering your email address in the ‘Newsletter’ sign-up box below. We occasionally send emails to interested consumers with special offers and information on new product launches. You can also follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
